What the app's free tier and paywall showed
- Free allowance
- The free plan showed 100 message credits a month, which the app says renew monthly "regardless of subscription status".
- What a message costs
- New chats started on the model "Crushon Carina - 8K", and it used 2 credits per message. Across our two chats, 20 messages took the counter from 0 to 40 of 100, and 19 messages took it from 40 to 78. On the default model the free allowance comes to about 50 messages a month. The app's voice sheet notes that credits vary by reply length, voice and model.
- Chat history on free
- The Free tab of the paywall says "Chat History will be deleted after 7 Days of inactivity". Every paid tab says history is kept during the membership period.
- Memory upsell
- About three messages into the first chat, a banner appeared: "The character's information occupies a lot of context. Upgrade to get better chat memory."

- The paywall has five paid tiers: Standard, Premium, Luxe, Elite and Imperial. Yearly billing was pre-selected on every tier that offers it, and the button showed the yearly total with a higher, struck-through price above it. CrushOn AI retires its Deluxe tier
CrushOn AI's official pricing page now marks its Deluxe membership as Retired (it was previously listed at $49.99/mo for unlimited messages). The live paid ladder is Standard $5.99/mo, Premium $14.99/mo, Luxe $39.99/mo, Elite $89.99/mo and Imperial $199.99/mo, plus a separate $39.99/mo Pro Models add-on that is not a membership tier. Luxe and Elite match the prices in CrushOn's iOS app (sold there as CrushMash), so web and app now agree.

How CrushOn charges: memberships plus credits
CrushOn mixes two pricing models. A membership sets your monthly allowance of message credits and which models and memory sizes you can use. Credits are then spent as you chat with the better models. When they run out you can wait for the next month, move to the free models, or buy a credit pack.
That structure explains why two people on the same plan can spend very different amounts. Someone who mostly uses the free models never needs more than Standard. Someone who chats daily on the pro models will find the monthly allowance runs short and the top-up packs become the real cost.
Paying yearly on the website versus monthly in the app
The US App Store sells every membership monthly. The website also sells each one annually, and the annual price always works out cheaper month for month. For Standard the saving is modest, a little under a fifth. For Premium it is large: the yearly web plan costs roughly half the monthly App Store price over twelve months. On the higher tiers the saving runs from about a quarter on Elite and Imperial to over a third on Luxe.
The trade-off is commitment. An annual plan is paid up front, and if CrushOn changes its models or rules during the year you have already paid. Paying monthly through Apple costs more but lets you cancel from your Apple account settings at any time, and the charge comes from Apple rather than from CrushOn directly, which some people prefer on a card statement.
Credit packs: the bigger the pack, the cheaper each credit
Four credit packs are sold in the iOS app, from 1,000 to 18,000 credits. The price per credit falls steeply with size: the largest pack costs less than half as much per credit as the smallest. If you know you will top up regularly, one large pack beats several small ones.
Credits are one-off purchases, not subscriptions, so they do not renew. They are the part of CrushOn's pricing most often mentioned in low store ratings, because heavy users of the pro models can spend more on packs than on the membership itself.
What the free tier leaves out
The free tier is genuinely usable, which is not true of every adult companion app. The limits are the ones that show up after a week or two: the 100 monthly credits cover only a short session on the better models, the 8K memory window means longer stories lose their early details, replies are slower at peak times because free accounts share capacity, and history on an idle free account is deleted after seven days.
Standard fixes most of that at once: 2,000 credits a month, the 16K memory models, dedicated chat capacity and history kept for as long as you stay subscribed. Premium triples the credit allowance, and Elite is the first plan with 24K memory models.
Compared with the rest of the category, CrushOn's annual Standard plan is one of the lowest entry prices on this site, which is why its value score is high even though its privacy terms pull the overall score down.
The Pro Chat Package and the top tiers
The Pro Chat Package is an add-on, sold monthly in the app and yearly on the website, that gives unlimited, credit-free use of the pro models alongside a membership. It does not replace a membership: the pricing page notes that most pro models still require one. Luxe, Elite and Imperial are the high-spend tiers, with credit allowances of 20,000, 55,000 and 125,000 a month and bigger discounts on extra credits. Imperial is the most expensive plan of any dedicated companion app on this site.
For most people the sensible choice is the free tier to try characters, then Standard or Premium bought yearly on the website if CrushOn becomes a habit. If you chat daily on the pro models, compare the Pro Chat Package with a bigger tier: unlimited pro-model use can cost less than the credits a heavy user would otherwise burn.
